Shirts Mockup reserves the right to terminate the License Agreement at any time for a breach of the Terms of Use. In such cases, the Licensee must immediately cease using the Licensed Asset when directed by Shirts Mockup.
In the event of content withdrawal, replacement content will be provided upon notice from the Author or Shirts Mockup. The Licensee must delete all copies of the withdrawn content upon request.
The Licensee must provide sample copies and allow audits to verify compliance with payment and other terms. If an audit reveals underpayment, the Licensee will be responsible for reimbursing the audit costs.
The Licensed Asset is provided "as is"with no implied warranties. This means that Shirts Mockup does not guarantee the suitability of the asset for specific uses or that it will be error-free.
Liability is limited to the lesser of the aggregate fees paid for the assets or USD 100. This provision protects Shirts Mockup from excessive liability claims.
